Try:
”I know a cookie is a little dense in calories, so I will consume it in moderation to satisfy my craving and move on🍪”
Instead of saying, “That person is so fit, I don’t know when will I have abs😔”
Try:
”This person has made tremendous progress, but my journey is completely different and I’m well on my way ☺️”
