HOW TO DEDICATE YOURSELF TOWARDS FITNESS?

This is a question asked by pretty much everyone. “How do we dedicate ourselves to fitness?” It’s a pretty good question to be honest and there is no right answer to it. Everyone goes about it their own way. Everyone has their own reasons for doing something. The real task is to find a reason good enough to keep you coming back. Once you have that, you will automatically dedicate yourself to what you want to achieve whether it be fitness or anything in life for that matter.

Here are some tips that will help you dedicate yourself better towards your fitness goal.

No.1 – Create A Fitness Plan

● Before you start, have a clear plan of action. Keep your goals in mind while you make your plan. 

● Keep in mind, everyone’s fitness journey is different. So, don’t compare yourself to others. You’re only going to demotivate yourself by doing that.

No.2 – Commit To Eating Well

● Yes, it may sound hard at first if you were used to eating mostly from outside or junk. But trust me, you will definitely start enjoying it. 

● At the end of the day, food is fuel, so the performance of your body depends on what you put into it.

No.3 – Find Someone To Keep You Accountable

● Having someone to work out with makes it easier to go through the process and much more enjoyable. 

● Your partner can even help motivate you to push yourself more. Plus, it’s great to have someone to celebrate with once you reach those fitness goals.

No.4 – Be Adaptable

● Some days are better than the others and not everything may go your way. Don’t let that stop you from doing what you have to do. 

● Adapt to your situation, accept it and let it pass. There will always be something in your way. Don’t let that stop your journey.

No.5 – Be Patient

● You’re not going to achieve your goal overnight. It will take time, sometimes even more time than you estimated. 

● When you achieve your goal look back to see how far you’ve come and I guarantee you, that will give you power. Remember, nothing good comes easy and that’s what makes it beautiful.

No.6 – Avoid The Comfort Zone

● The first challenge is to realize that you’re in a comfort zone for most of us. And yes, once you realize, it’s not easy to come out of it. Keep in mind that no growth takes place in the comfort zone. 

● You’re already content with everything you have. It’s good to be grateful for what you have but remember, there is always room for improvement. Why not be the best version of yourself?

No.7 – Set An Example

● The best way to lead is to lead by example. Whether you realize it or not your efforts never go unnoticed. 

● You might be inspiring someone without even knowing it and there is no greater thing than to have such a positive impact and change someone else’s life for the better.

When you start treating your body better, your body starts to treat you better. You’ll feel much better about yourself in every aspect of your life. The benefits of fitness is going to have in your life are beyond measure. So, what are you waiting for? Come get on this boat!
